One of the things I’m most proud of with this album is the way I incorporated many different musical developments and transitions throughout each song. I wanted to keep things interesting and dynamic, so I made sure to include lots of unexpected twists and turns that will keep listeners engaged from start to finish.
The piano, violins, woodwind, and brass, along with the choir, create a cinematic atmosphere that ebbs and flows throughout the album. The acoustic guitars provide a gentle strumming quality that adds warmth and intimacy to the sound, while the female vocals imbue a dreamy and ethereal quality to the album. The marimbas and glockenspiel add a percussive element, adding depth and texture to the sound.
The strings, with their soaring melodies and emotional swells, take center stage in many of the songs, while the woodwinds provide intricate counterpoint and color to the overall sound. Together, these instruments create a rich tapestry of sound, a unique and dynamic soundscape that is sure to captivate listeners and transport them to different places and times.
