By this License, the Licensor grants the Licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, synchronization rights to create a media product by synchronizing the audio track (listed above) with another audio or visual content.
This License covers unlimited number of copies, or downloads and unlimited audience worldwide. The License validity period is unlimited. The period and ways of using the media product are unlimited.

The Licensee is granted the rights to use the audio track in the following media products and ways:

Online videos: Any type of video, including monetization and advertising on YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, etc.
Non-commercial, personal use: For listening purposes or for making videos, slideshows, presentations, etc., that do not generate income
Non-profit videos or movies: Any type of video or movie, for festivals or educational purposes that do not generate income.
Paid videos: Events, corporate use, tutorials, etc., that generate income.
Games, apps, other software: Any type of electronic end products, whether the product is free or paid.
TV content: Movies, animations, TV series, TV shows, programs, documentaries, trailers, etc.
Video on-demand: Services that allow you to choose videos for watching on-demand, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.
Radio Content: Programs, shows, jingles, etc.
Theatrically released movies: Movies shown in cinemas around the world.
Webcasting and online advertising: Worldwide audience.
TV or radio broadcasting and advertising: Worldwide audience.

Any other use is not covered but this license, including re-selling our music in stock music marketplaces, making it available via file sharing services, distributing via music streaming services like Spotify or Deezer, using it to create a music download / sharing / stock music Web site or app, music CD, music remix, and producing derivative audio recordings (excluding audio books and spoken word podcasts).

Licensee can’t claim ownership, resell, or sublicense an isolated audio track until it is synchronized with the visual content of the media product, or is a part of the radio content. Using music for content with political o religious agitation, nudity, and real-life violence is prohibited!
